Steve Loyd says, "Had a great experience with this service. Communication was outstanding and I never felt out of the loop on the process. They had the best bid for the job as well. The master plumber explained his findings and came back the following day to ensure there were no leaks. I had a faulty Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) that keeps pressure to the house from being overloaded. He shared pictures of his work that included a test showing the pressure on the water faucet being in compliance and the area that needed to be dug up for the installation showing it was back filled. I felt they were honest throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend this company."See more

Charles Ridgeway says, "Oh my goodness, what a great experience!I have used Plumber Near Me before and a few other companies for plumbing assistance in the 16 years that we have lived in the area. I called Lisa to tell her that I had done some trouble shooting of my own for a few days but was ready to tap out and seek there assistance. She asked if I wanted an appointment that evening or the next day and she gave me two hour window options. The day of the appointment she actually courtesy called to let me know that she underestimated the drive time because of the soccer games. An hour before the arrival she called again to let me know that Jason the technician was just under 60 minutes away. That is so convenient because it allowed me to plan and get other things accomplished. When Jason showed up he was both personable and professional! He asked me where the issue was, I explained when it started and what I did to attempt to fix the issue. He then explained what his plan was, explained how that sink and hose was connected to our A/C unit, was confident that he could vlear the issue and went out to get his tools. He did give me the basic price to clear a drain prior to starting and he got to work. He didn't leave a mess behind like some companies might and he went upstairs to check the unit that the sink is connected to. Once he came downstairs, he gave me my overall cost and explained about the drain outside as a sign for our system having possible stoppage. Very professional and timely experience and I wouldn't be surprised to see Jason eventually being the technician that is used to teach or lead others in the company."See more

He installed a cleanout for the sink for easier access, and used a chain knocker to break up the clog. He put a camera down afterwards. Apparently the clog was like 10 feet long.
