- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?My typical process for working with new clients is to schedule a consultation (up to one hour) to discuss goals and schedule, assess personality and fitness level, and work on a schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I studied kinesiology at the University of North Dakota. Have both the Certified Personal Trainer and Correct Exercise Specialist certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I am JumpStart Muscle Activation Techniques certified. I am upper body Resistance Training Specialist educated.
