Lisa is a great trainer, I had never done remote training, but given the Covid19 and leaving in a hotspot it felt the safest for now. I needed to stay active even during a pandemic and her workout allow me to just do that! Highly recommended!Aug 1, 2020Verified

Usually individuals who have no experience working out should be one on one for awhile so that they can get 100% attention.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I've been lifting weights and working out for over 30 years. I learned so much just listening to those more experienced, Then, when I decided I wanted to make fitness a career I got certified through ACE to be a personal trainer. I've gotten several other certifications throughout the years. I continue to educate myself, because although I know a lot there is still much to learn!
