Lisa has helped me change my life! She has pushed me outside my comfort zone and helped me do more in the gym than I ever thought I could. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I offer one on one or group training. My sessions are mainly 45 minutes, but I do offer 60 minutes as well. Group sessions are from 2-4 people. One on one training is as follows: Based on a 45 min session 3x/wk - $65/session 2x/wk - $70/session 1x/wk - $75/session Group training (2-4 people) Based on a 45 min session 3x/wk - $35/person/session 2x/wk - $40/person/session 1x/wk - $45/person/session In home training rates are as follows: $95/60 min $75/45 min $55/30 min
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I have a consultation and discuss their goals, any injuries or illnesses (current or past) and assess if they really need to be one on one or could be in a group. Usually individuals who have no experience working out should be one on one for awhile so that they can get 100% attention.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I've been lifting weights and working out for 30 years. I've learned much just listening to those more experienced, Then, when I decided I wanted to make fitness a career I got certified through ACE to be a personal trainer. I've gotten several other certifications throughout the years. I continue to educate myself, because although I know a lot there is still much to learn!
