I first went to Rachel because I needed to live a healthier lifestyle after gaining almost 30 pounds during the Coronavirus pandemic. I signed up for Rachel’s training and nutrition program and from the beginning told her that I didn’t want to sacrifice food since I love eating at restaurants socially and since I suck at cooking. She has given me great tips in order to modify my diet so that I can still eat foods I love, has given me very reasonable macro targets and will occasionally give me cooking tips and recipes. It’s not all chicken and broccoli which I appreciate so much! I also told Rachel that exercise is just not my thing, but after strength training twice a week and the cardio she assigns to me to do at home, exercising has just become part of my day-to-day and I don’t mind it! Bottom line is, Rachel is awesome! She is super understanding, sets very reasonable goals for her clients, and best of all, she gets you results! I have been with her only 2 months, down 9 pounds and MANY inches are gone from my body. HIRE HER!

Rachel is a fantastic trainer. I have been working with her for 5 months and every workout is a challenge. The accountability she provides is great. She also understands you might have some mobility limitations and will come up with alternatives to help you succeed and gain strength. Rachel’s guidance with nutrition has been critical, teaching me the right portions to have with each meal and sharing meal ideas to make your day-to-day manageable.

I contacted her about her training and nutrition program and I told her from the beginning that I didn’t want to sacrifice food since I love eating out and since I suck at cooking. She has given me awesome tips to change certain things in my diet to where I don’t have to sacrifice foods I love all the time. It’s not all grilled chicken and broccoli which I appreciate so much! I also told Rachel from the beginning that exercise is just not my thing, but with her strength training twice a week and the cardio that she has assigned to me, it’s just become part of my life and I don’t mind it anymore! Bottom line, Rachel is awesome and she really works with you to cater to your goals, is very understanding, and pushes you just the right amount. I’ve been with her for 2 months, and MANY inches of fat are gone from my body. HIRE HER!
