Can I just say, I love, LOVE!!! That is why I became a Minister/Officiant. I consider it an honor and a privilege to be able to be a small part of your “happily ever after”. I have been officiating weddings since 2011 and have been fortunate enough to have made many friends in the couples I have married. Whatever you envision your ceremony to be, that is what I strive for by getting to know both of you so that I can tailor a one-of-a-kind ceremony just for you. I ask questions pertaining to how you met, what you first loved about the other, your first date, when you knew each other was the one, family customs/traditions etc. This will give me the information that I need to make sure that your ceremony is specific and meaningful to you and your partner to be. Whether it is in person, a phone call, Facebook or Zoom, we can meet as many times as we need to make sure that you are happy with the results. Laura was absolutely amazing to work with. Immediately after we were done video chatting with Laura for the first time, we knew she was the person we wanted to officiate our wedding. Laura made us feel extremely comfortable - we had so many questions, and she had all of the answers. Not only did she help us plan our perfect ceremony, but she was also very helpful in other ways. We had very little help on the wedding day and I was worried about getting everything done - Laura offered to come to the venue early to help us set up. We are so thankful that Laura got to be a part of our special day and she is truly someone we will never forget.

Laura was the most wonderful person to work with. It was so easy to plan everything out as far as what we wanted, what was all going to be said as well as getting everyone together for the ceremony. It was supposed to rain all day for our wedding but she assured me that she has never had one day where she officiated a wedding while it rained. Sure enough, it was sunny as can be for our big day. She also assured us when we hired her that she only officiates one couple in a day because she understood that not everything can go according to plan and we can count on her to be there. Laura was perfect for our ceremony. She made sure it reflected us as a couple while giving feedback using her experience as an officiant. She was professional yet warm and friendly. Our experience with Laura as our wedding officiant was nothing short of perfect. Due to us being behind on our wedding planning, Laura was only given a few short weeks to put our ceremony together. My now-husband and I had no idea how to put a ceremony together, but we did have a rough idea of how we wanted it all to turn out. Laura incorporated everything that we asked for, and gave us some really good ceremony ideas of her own to choose from. She made it so easy, and our ceremony was everything we could have wanted. On the day of our wedding, she was a tremendous help, and spoke to everyone in the wedding party, including our ceremony musicians, to ensure that everyone knew what they were to do. Many of our guests told us that they loved the ceremony, and even assumed that Laura was a friend of ours. It was an amazing day, and we are so thankful that we found Laura!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard rate is $525 which includes the rehearsal.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I schedule a meeting with the couple (usually 1 1/2 hours), getting the specific details of their wedding, asking questions to be able to understand what they are looking for in their ceremony and getting to know them. Giving them ideas of how we can make their ceremony special to them. Then we start piecing the ceremony together until we have it completed.
