  I have a standard hourly rate, butost customers on thumbtack would prefer a flat rate so I calculate the amount of hours it will take to complete the job.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  Talking with them to find out exactly what it is they want done.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  I have been in the Maintenance field for 20 plus years so I have pretty much done everything there is to do in home maintenance.
