Introduction: Salt & Pepper BBQ CO. Owner/ Pittmaster Jeffery Griggs, started Salt &Pepper BBQ in 2019. He never launched it out to the public until 2022. He got his inspiration from Aaron Franklin of Franklin BBQ. Jeffery has over 15 year’s experience in the food industry. He has worked as a busser, server, line cook and even a Sous Chef. He found his passion in BBQ once be started learning the craft more and more. Today, Salt and Pepper BBQ is a startup and looking to dominate the bbq scene in DFW.
