The technician was VERY Professional & Kind! On the contrary, I felt like I wasted $49 service charge for them to come out try to really just sell me their home warranty package & then grossly overcharge me thru their quote bc I didn’t sign up for that package. I didn’t hire them, I honestly felt scammed.

Great, it's blowing cold air again. Wait water is coming through the ceiling and down the walls in the downstairs master bedroom bathroom. The drain line to the pan wasn't connected. Mark came out the next day today and fixed the problem and hopefully all is okay.

I assume their primary customer base are the same type of people who would get premium air in their tires and blinker fluid when they go to get their car's oil changed
