- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You'll notice we ask a lot of questions when discussing a job. This is because our goal is to ensure we're able to be as accurate as possible to estimating how long a job will take which often determines the cost. Likewise if we bid a job we'll often request pictures to make sure we're both in agreement of what is being requested.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We tend to over communicate at Enoch. Sometimes our customers stop us as we explain every detail of our service and billing process and say - "Please just come out!" We do this because we believe communication is key to developing trust with you. You should never be surprised by a bill or by any step in the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a full service contracting company so we have a master plumber, a master HVAC tech, and a master electrician as part of our crew. We also employ licensed journeymen of all trades and apprentices to help accomplish your projects. We also have a couple engineers on staff including an electrical engineer. We don't lack talent. All of our employees are also background screened.
