Great experience! A tech was out within 12 hours (mid morning the evening after we reached out) and diagnosed the issue within five minutes of being on property. Repair was done in under 15 and we had cool air again! Cody took very good care of us and we have already spread the word about One Hour Air and how satisfied we are!

These guys came out the same day when my compressor died. Replaced the parts and refused to take any money until we had given it a couple hours to start back up (which it did thank goodness but their quote for a new unit was very fair). Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and didn’t push me to buy more than I needed. Will definitely call them again if need more work done.

The technician was prompt and very professional about the job at hand. When he left the system the system was working and then it stopped called the company and they had him go back that same day. It was a minor problem and was fixed very quickly. They're a good company and would recommend them to others.
Shane used to service our AC and now he is in sales; we trust him because he has been honest with us in the past about what we truly needed. We appreciate the honesty and integrity that Shane and One Hour bring to the table to keep our house cool and comfortable.

We've been crutching our old system for a while and it finally died. Robert walked me through the diagnostics and showed me all the meter readings for the failed compressor. Shane, our former service guy, and his partner Michael promptly came out on the requested sales call. He was already familiar with our system and our house as we discussed options and planned things out already knowing it was just a matter of time on this old unit. He walked us through the options on new systems and even steered us away from my initial more expensive preference showing me the cost payback just wasn't there for my house. Great folks to deal with. Brad was out the next day to put in our new system. He went through what they were going to do beforehand and then back through what was done when they were finished. They did a really nice job on the install. I asked about a secondary overflow cutoff on the drain pan and he didn't even blink, he just said they aren't really necessary on these units but if it makes you feel better I'll grab one from the truck and wire it in. Shane checked back in later to make sure we were happy with the install and the customer service of his install guys. Great company, highly recommended!
