First, the contract stated that they agreed to move the electrical switch, but when the work began, they said it would cost an additional $400 to relocate it. After discussion, they removed the extra charge for the switch relocation ($150). Second, they did not paint the door and left the trim painting incomplete. Based on these issues, I believe they demonstrated unprofessional work ethics in completing the job. Other than these issues, the rest of the work was acceptable."See more

Hello, my name is Karen Benson, Founder and CEO of Laurel Canyon Living, a lifestyle brand. At Laurel Canyon Living, we are in business to help our clients live a better, more fulfilling life. Why? Because the bar is higher for green building design and construction. This is because it is a more holistic challenge, creating better questions with better answers. For example, in the year 2025, why are we not providing design for all our buildings that maximize the use of daylight for interior lighting? My background has resulted in me using my expertise to build my consulting business by providing volunteer services to school districts, and bring hired on a national basis as the Construction Management consultant for both the National Clearinghouse on Educational Facilities, and the American Clearinghouse for Education, both operated under a grant awarded by the US Department of Education, with resources for all schools in the US, from pre-k through higher education.See more

He has the right tools for achieving the perfect color match if necessary and exceeded my expectations from what I thought mediocre paint job would achieve. He excelled in making me very happy that I chose him to do this job. The door is old and was not properly painted as it had stickers on the door which were not removed. When I decided to remove the camera surveillance stickers from the door? It showed the old paint the door head for more than seven years. So this was my goal, to make the door look fresh and new without any stickers and that’s where Jason came in and Better than I could have imagined. He’s also a handyman with lots of other home service abilities. Look him up if you want a handyman to handle Home repair needs."See more
