DCResolutions responded to my request for service within 10 minutes and agreed to do the job the same morning at 9:30 - Impressive! George was very thorough in detailing the steps inviting cleaning my dryer duct. He did an excellent job with showing me the lint debris in my vent using his camera and followed up with clearing it out completely. I’d give him 10 stars if possible. DCResolutions’ value for your money far exceeds their competitors.

Researched to find the best vent service and found it with DCResolutions! Professional, on time, reasonably priced, and he went the extra mile to provide exceptional service for our HVAC vents and dryer vent. He considered my allergies and other issues and provided great options for us. George is fantastic to work with, and we will use him again for all our properties.

George Shumate the owner, did a outstanding job with our air duct cleaning! And I would highly recommend his services! First of all he was able to work me into his schedule on a day when everyone except myself would be out of the house. And even though this created a conflict on his end, he ended up offering to do the job for us by himself, normally would be two of them. Which again was very much appreciated! Second thing he did while doing his camera inspection of our duct work, was he discovered one of our kids bedroom's damper on the duct was almost closed. So he went up into our attic to figure and find which duct and damper handle to move while I was watching the video feed to get it opened correctly. And last, he took the extra time and care to make sure everything was put back and looked the way it did before. Including making sure he vacuumed up anything that fell out onto the floors. George thanks for your excellent service!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer honest and fair prices with no hidden fees. We don't entice potential customers with low prices to get inside their homes then upsell them with more and more services. That's dishonest!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We explain to them how their cleaning will be performed and with what equipment. Ask potential customers some questions about the last time a cleaning was performed, if ever then go through the process of what we do and approximately how long it will take.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have experience in commercial HVAC sequencing installs in commercial warehouses, schools and large buildings as well as 16 years in plumbing skills with a masters rating and 30 years in aviation maintenance with an A&P certification.
