FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I aim to keep my pricing as simple and transparent as possible. You'll know exactly what you're paying for ahead of time! No surprises. If you have any questions about a price, or would like a breakdown of charges to know more about exactly what you're getting, please don't hesitate to ask!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
One of my first steps is to get as much information about a project as I can. This helps me get to know the customer, understand what they're wanting to accomplish, and helps me see their vision for the project. If they don't have one or would like some help creating one, this also helps! We can do this over the phone, through messages, or go sit down for coffee! Whatever makes the process the easiest and most comfortable. After that, we set up a shared document and begin writing down a plan for the project to make sure we're on the same page, and to help further the creative process. This helps us make the best use of each others time and to be as effective as possible in bringing the project vision to life. Lastly, we set a date to put the project together, whether it's photo, video, or something else, and begin the final product. I invite customers to be as hands-on or hands-off as they want to be during the process to make sure they're satisfied with the end result!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I actually have a background (Bachelor's Degree) in Mechanical Engineering, and worked in manufacturing for a few years before switching over to the creative side. I'm no stranger to a fast-paced, high pressure environment, and believe no problem is totally unsolvable. This means that even is plans change, or a shoot doesn't go as planned, we can still keep things moving and make sure the project is a success!
