Introduction: Looking to make your next party/event fun and memorable for you and your guests? I am available for birthday parties, corporate events, restaurants, daycares, church functions, school events, parties large or small! I am a fun, energetic and outgoing entertainer, who has done thousands of parties and events since 2008. Dressing as Pookie the clown is optional, you can request that I come as my regular happy human self, or as Pookie. When I do dress in clown I wear minimal makeup and have a friendly, approachable appearance. Services include: Balloon twisting (from fast and simple to elaborate designs, I can make any request!) Balloon decor Face painting using professional FDA approved products Magic show (featuring my live dove and live rabbit!) Maternity belly art Handprint/foot print art (I can capture your child's hand/footprint and turn it into a work of art!) I have always loved children (I have 4 of my own), and I love people! I love making people smile and entertaining has been a pure joy of mine for the past several years. I regularly attend conventions and workshops to further my learning to make sure I am one of the best in the area. I recently started teaching balloons at conventions and am an award winning balloon artist. I love sharing my passion with others and making kids and adults alike smile and laugh. I have multiple repeat customers who have hired me time and time again over the years. I would love to make your next event fun and memorable for years to come!

Pookie is very professional and definitely a great add on to your child's birthday party! She entertained my hard to please crowd of all ages and they loved her! This was when Pookie was just starting out so I cant imagine what her parties are like now! Just wished we didn't live so far away!

Pookie/Lindsey is an excellent performer for all ages! Children just stick to her like glue and simply adore her. She has a very cheerful personality that gets along great with all her guests, but not only that, she is incredibly talented! Everything she does is wonderful, from her balloons, to face painting and magic show, she gives her all to everything because she truly loves what she does. Not only does she make for a great entertainer for a party, but she has become a repeat tradition for many families because they just love her so much, they want to use her every year! You can't go wrong with choosing Pookie!

Pookie definitely goes above and beyond for her parties. The children love her sweet and bubbly personality. She is an excellent entertainer and also extremely talented, her facepainting and balloons are the best I have seen, and her magic show is entertaining and enjoyable, even for the adults, Her adorable animals are a special touch for the kids when she can bring them. My children request her for their parties every single year, she has become a family tradition!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge hourly but prices may vary depending on location, estimated number of guests and services that are requested. Any party package is customizable.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to ask detailed questions so that I can provide the best service custom to each particular event. Most of my exchanges are through e-mail so that both parties can have all communication in writing, but I typically talk over the phone to the client too to ask and answer any questions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I regularly attend conventions and workshops to have the best training from the top balloon artists/face painters in the world. I practice my skills regularly and work multiple events a week so I am always up to date with the newest designs! I recently taught at a balloon/face painting convention in St Louis, MO and I will be teaching balloons again at another convention in August, 2017 in Vegas at a Nationally recognized convention for children's entertainers.
