We had a hail storm come thru Springtown in 2011, and Dale Noe and his Crew of men Replaced all of my Roofs at no cost to me.

We had this contractor Dale Noe do a large renovation project in our house. He not only did a very poor job on what he did, but he also went ahead and without permission torn down my garage because even though this was one of the items he agreed to fix, he changed his mind later and thought it was too difficult, therefore he just tore it down. This person has also extreme anger management issues. One day on the job site, he and his crew were upset with each other because he had not paid his crew, and so his own crew were mad at him, and out of anger in my presence he went ahead and threw down a huge bucket of paint onto my floor, causing the floor to get warped. He never takes your calls, hangs up on you like nothing, and when he does take your calls, he comes up with every excuse in the book on why the project hasn't been completed or why he hasn't been showing up. Also, he really enjoys spitting tobacco on your floors. He was contracted to have the project finished by April 10th, every day after that was an excuse after excuse on why the job wasn't finished, until on May 16th we finally made the call to fire him for non-performance and poor-quality. We tried to give him many opportunities to make things right, and he would be quick to promise that yes, everything would be right, and he would give some random date on when the job would be supposedly completed but it never happened. And then on May 4th, we gave him a written 5 days notice that he needed to complete the work 100% as we were suffering financial loss on this project. He made these promises but after 5 days we were nowhere near completed, in fact, little had changed. He convinced us to give him a little more time but by May 16th we couldn't take it anymore, so we fired him. Later we brought in another contractor who ended up having to redo 80% of what this contractor had done. Overall, very poor management skills, very bad attitude, very poor craftsmanship, and I would not recommend this contractor Dale Noe and his Extreme Roofing & Construction company to anyone. And to top all this off, he is now trying to lien my property because he claims that I owe him money for work he never finished and the poor work that he did do. Even his own employees told stories about how he likes to get people to pay him 50% deposit, especially for fence work, and he never contacts them back. STAY AWAY!!!

You hired us to do a job that we were doing by the specs. Adam started changing things and adding to it, so the completion time went over. When we were a half a day from finishing the job that is when we were let go. I feel that this bad review is in retaliation for me filing a lien against the house for non-payment. It is unfortunate we have not been able to work something out to resolve this issue.
