- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unlike some of my competition, I don't nickle-and-dime my clients with confusing pricing to come out for a job. I can give you an up-front and honest price for the work so you can make sure your project stays within budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You tell me what you need assembled, where you're located, and what time works for you. I come to you and bring all the tools needed to get your items assembled and moved into the right spot. I'll clean up & haul away all packaging and empty boxes after I'm done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Assemblies are one of those tasks that's best learned by doing; I've been my family & friend's go-to for assembling their furniture for years.
