Introduction: Pam Weatherford is a certified wellness consultant who specializes in disease prevention through healthy nutrition. She teaches workshops and cooking classes and has written two books: "Get Well Soon: 4 Weeks to a Healthier You" and a cookbook, "Mom & Me: Old Recipes Made New."
Pam loves to show others how delicious and simple healthy food can be. Her programs are based on hard-core scientific evidence, not "fluff" or "Tell me what I want to hear." Most importantly, they are fun!
Pam loves helping other people learn how to shop, plan and cook healthy meals. She also knows how to keep it simple, practical, and delicious.
Pam's motivation comes from watching her mom suffer from breast cancer, osteoporosis, colon cancer, emphysema, COPD, and more, before finally passing away in 2009. She learned everything she could about wellness and nutrition from some of the top doctors Pam Popper, T. Colin Campbell, Caldwell Esselstyn, Joel Fuhrman, John McDougall, and more. Unfortunately, her mom wasn't interested, and she and the rest of her family watched their mom slowly pass away over 20 long years of suffering.
Pam is determined to help others prevent and even reverse diseases!
