- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have very fair pricing for what we do. Discounts are extended to realtors with volume.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I preview every home prior to staging. It is essential to capture all the angles and areas that will need furniture and or accessories. This cannot be done as well from a series of photographs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Numerous certifications along with being a Master Staging Artist since 2004. One thing to understand, staging is not about decorating to the existing homeowners tastes. Staging is about creating the best look for the home while appealing to the widest range of buyers. Most importantly, adding a warmth and welcoming feeling to the potential buyer.
