1st session we heal your inner child and build confidence and self esteem and I teach you self hypnosis
2nd session we regress to whatever caused your particular issue and release all triggers associated with the events and set everything like gut brain balance/ heart brain etc to optimal settings and I set trigger words for you to connect to higher self in self hypnosis
3rd we regress back to before your spirit enters the embryo and you learn your life purpose and have a profound understanding of why everything that has ever happened- happened and you easily forgive yourself and others
4th we connect to higher realms and with galactic help heal anything that needs to be healed, get all parts on the same page and receive guidance of anything you need guidance on and we set trigger words so you can go back there in self hypnosis anytime you want
5th lower shamanic journey - you release all limiting beliefs and heal fragmented soul parts
6th upper shamanic journey - you see your highest destiny in the world and create new soul contracts that put you on that path and then we do past life regression to release old karma
