I did not know about this app but I was glad I found it and was glad that Shawn responded within a timely manner. He works with my schedule, and travels. I am lucky to be able to get a session with him multiple times a week! I was glad that he took his time to see the results I wanted and also took into consideration my injury of my knee. He suggested a doctor for me to go see before we start working hard on my knee area to be sure I did not make any permanent damage. If you don’t have a gym he has a gym for you to attend as well. He is not intimidating like some trainers, he actually makes sure he gets to know you and your habits to be sure you get the best service. Oh let me not forget that he calls and checks on you to be sure you feeling good and eating right also. Shawn is the total package of a Trainer! He’s such a great trainer I had to schedule to see him 3 times a week!!!"See more
