- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
IN-HOME CONSULTATION: I offer a $200 flat fee that covers up to 2 hours of my time. $100 an hour for each additional hour. I welcome free post-consultation questions via texts for my opinions regarding areas we discussed. First time customers who book right away will get $25 off my fee. VIDEO: I can perform a 1-hour video consultation for $100 flat fee (no discounts) - however, this is typically NOT recommended for a first-time consult as I need to walk the space to give you the best advice. **No Refunds will be given **I do allow rescheduling
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk to make sure we are on the same page for what I offer and what you are looking for. Then we set up an appointment for my in-home service. What we focus on during our consultation depends on your goals for the space. I help you lay all the groundwork to implement the design solutions yourself--or simply put a plan in place, complete with ideas and solutions, to continue working together to get your project done, or pointing you in the right direction so you can hire and supervise your own crew!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have walked-through thousands of North Texas homes and have learned how to analyze and highlight the best features of a house in preparation for sale. I also am a skilled listener with a strong ability to pull out what you won't tell me. As a Licensed Real Estate Sales Professional in DFW market area for 15+ years, my design instincts have grown and my knowledge of products and design touches that will improve your space is better than ChatGPT advice! With over $150M dollars worth of verifiable sales, my best advice for you might be that your home only needs new lightbulbs and a deep clean! I also hold and MBA and a BSC.
