I repair these minor damages, helping my clients save time and money. I can fix the computer that does not work. I can prevent the trees in the yard from growing, or if, you have no time to, cut the grass. I can also fix fences that looked a mess in the garage, dripping kitchen faucets, clogged sewers, and many other small items.
For example: You have a broken garage door. If you order services from a specialized company, it is more profitable for them to replace the item with a new one, and you'll pay for a service that's lot more expensive.
I can try to repair it, or offer an alternative repair.
