- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't have a set markup on materials, and you will get two men for the price of one.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the first phone conversation I will meet them at their property to talk about what they want done as far as landscaping. Once we both are on the same page, I will get measurements to take with me so I can make a materials list. I will then present the customer with an estimate via email, and follow up with a courtesy call. If its a mow, Ill get the address and look up on google maps and give them a quote over the phone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in communications, but a lifetime of experience in landscaping. I've always done landscaping as a boy growing up or as a homeowner, Its been a passion of mine my entire life.
