Introduction: I typically incorporate three different modalities in my treatments: Acupressure, myofascial release and massage. By integrating all three, I can treat even pesky muscle ailments without deep pressure pain often associated with massage. I like solving pesky muscular problems and finding new ways to treat clients.

Dennis is my go to therapist for training injuries and recovery massage from those tough workouts. Dennis has helped me alleviate my pain from tennis elbow and has also improved my post run recovery while training for the New York marathon. Keeping the muscles loose for those high mileage runs is a must. I feel his techniques with acumasaage separate his skill set from other therapists.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I take Continuing Education courses. Last summer, I took a 20-hour class on myofascial release and plan to take a course on kinesio taping.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My wife was having frequent headaches and asked me to help relieve them. So I started pressing points on her head and they worked. Then, she and others encouraged me to learn more, so I attended the Acupressure Institute in Berkeley, CA.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Typically, clients complain of neck and shoulder pain so that is what I work on the most.
