Introduction: I have a portable massage table, and I will travel to meet with you. I recommend a secure, quiet and stress-free environment to get the most out of your massage experience. You may personalize your massage experience with music, candles, incense and aromatherapy oils upon request, or provide your own. See pricing below. General Information: My services are by appointment only. I only do evenings and weekends, I'm not available M to F, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. This is subject to variable days and times. Travel over 5 miles (maximum 20 miles) one way from my home will be assessed a $2 per mile travel fee. Music: a limited selection is included with all massages. You may provide your own music. Upon Request: Tealight Candles: $0.25 per candle Incense: (limited selection) $1.00/stick Aromatherapy oil: (limited selection) $2.00/oil in massage lotion. This is prepared on-site. Client keeps the unused aromatherapy massage lotion. Massage Details: Basic Swedish Massage: This is best for stress relief, relaxation, mental clarity and rebalancing. A $1/min. rate is applied as follows: * 30 min: $30 * 60 min: $60 * 90 min: $90 * 120 min: $120 Deep Tissue Massage: This targets one or two body regions (legs or back or neck/shoulders, etc) for intense concentrated deep muscle work. Deep tissue massage releases built-up toxins in muscle tissue. It can result in residual soreness. For this reason, I do not recommend full-body deep tissue massages and no more than one deep tissue massage every 4 days for recovery. Drinking plenty of water with lemon before and after the massage helps speed toxin removal from the body. * 30 mins: $40 * 60 mins: $75 * 90 mins: $110 I do not offer 2-hour deep tissue massage sessions. Therapeutic Massage: This targets two or three trouble areas for rehabilitation, injury prevention or pain relief. It incorporates varied massage techniques, gentle assisted stretching and muscle imbalance corrective recommendations. This is personalized for each client to provide optimum results. Multiple sessions are usually required to achieve lasting results. * 30 mins: $40 * 60 mins: $75 * 90 mins: $110 * 120 mins: $140 Prenatal Massage: This is recommended after the first trimester through post-birth recovery. It focuses on relaxing strained muscles and relieving the lower back and leg pain originating from pregnancy stress. The massage is performed while lying on your side with multiple support pillows. * 30 mins: $30 * 60 mins: $70 * 90 mins: $110 * 120 mins: $140 New services and add-ons will be updated as they become available.
