- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No hidden fees. Padding and Shrink wrap, moving equipment, always included on every move. no stair fees, no long walk fees. our estimates provide an incredibly detailed breakdown of all cost prior to your move so there's never any hidden surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All potential moves begin with a 101 consultation with one of our moving coordinators in office. front there are moving coordinator will be able to build you an official non-binding quote and or recommend for a in-home estimate to be completed. once a quote is built for your specific move our clients have 48 hours to accept or decline the estimate provided before we release that time and spot for another client to be able to book into. after an accepted estimate you all reserved a confirmation of service letter and leading up to your moving date appointment reminders and touchbacks to ensure you do not have any questions or concerns leaving up to your moving day. NS Moving always provides a 30 minute ETA prior to our crews arrival to begin your service with us as well as updates along the way so you are always informed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All crew members go through NS Movings onboarding training which consists of videos, tests, field training with a lead for 2 weeks and is never released independently until both parties are confident of their educational success. Training is continuous with weekly meetings to address a new topic and keep everyone on the same page and fresh memory of expectations. As we tell our crew members there is never a db question and we're always here to help.
