- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
On site consultations are FREE! All work is contracted on a per hour basis. Each session is 2.5 to 3 hours, either morning or afternoon - or both. Three tiered per hour rates are based on location from the B&P address: 20 miles or less, 30 miles or less, and 40 miles or less. Organizing products like containers or shelving are additional.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would recommend checking out my website, beeandpeacockorganizing.com for more details. But, basically after the initial consultation I will provide a written proposal with estimate and an Organizing Agreement listing policies and rate. If the customer is ready to hire they just need to return the signed agreement and we will set the schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a closet designer at The Container Store for seven years. I have extensive experience both with design and organizing projects. I am also familiar with a large array of organizing products.
