FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rate is based on 1 hour sessions and how many times a week. My goal is to help others become better physically and mentally. I have a real passion for fitness and I will be available to all my clients 24/7 if they have any questions. I offer a free consultation before training begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The main thing when working with a new client is to build rapport with that person. I want them to be as comfortable as possible and be able to open up to me about any issues they may be dealing with. During the first meeting we will go over goals, previous injuries, motivation and reasons for wanting to train. After that I check for what the client does well and areas the client needs work in. I am trained to screen for muscular imbalances and incorrect form.
