I am currently using Sara as a personal trainer. I like the one on one attention. I haven't worked out in quite some time and she patterns my workout to my experience level. I am not self motivated when it comes to exercise. Sara is great and I see myself continuing the routines once we are done.

I've been working with sara for almost a month now and she is fantastic! She makes sure i get the best work out without going overboard and focuses on building my strength while cutting the fat. She also keeps in mind my restrictions because of my lower back! Her price is also very reasonable as well! I'm already seeing results in the way my clothes fit! I look forward to continue working with her!

Sara provided me with weekly workout plans and offered suggestions on ways to improve my overall health. I had suffered from a neck injury which had previously hindered me from making the fitness progress I had been longing for. However, with the help of Sara she was able to help provide exercises that met my needs and at a pace that focused on slowly retraining my muscles through correct form.

Sara is hands down amazing. She pushes me but not to the point im miserable. Ive already seen results with proper diet and seeing her 3 times a week. She creates custom workouts for me keeping in mind my medical restrictions. She is friendly,caring, professional and hands down the best choice you can make for yourself. Progress is impossible without change. Change your life and hire sara, you wont be sorry!!!!
