Hi, I’m Simone and I’m a NASM CERTIFIED strength and Pre& post natal coach.
My teaching philosophy is to meet my clients where they are. I recognizes that everyone comes from a different starting point and it can be quite intimidating,
I help people see that they are worthy of bringing positive changes into their lives in the way of fitness and strength.
My goal is to help you improve the quality of your life while building sustainable habits. Being strong should be enjoyed not feel like a punishment

Simone is really good at what she does. She keeps track of your progress and adjusts workouts instead of sticking to just one routine, which keeps things effective and interesting. She is very polite, listens to your concerns, and at the same time knows how to push you beyond your limits in a supportive way. You can tell she is truly committed to helping you get stronger and reach your goals.

I have worked with other personal trainers and I have been active my whole life. That all changed after having a baby, I started working out with Simone 4 months post partum. Simone has a clear enthusiasm for training and enabling people to be the best version of them selves. I credit Simone for helping me regain my strength and it also helped that I was able to bring my baby with me to train.
