John is so fantastic. He is a professional yet very personable. He knows how to get results. I lost 30 pounds working with him. He knew just how far to push me. I would look at him like he was crazy but I did what he said and I was able to overcome what I thought was an impossibility. He worked with my schedule and he is the best priced trainer out there.
