- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices listed on app are my base prices for those services meaning those are the prices for one pet. Additional pets have additional reduced rates, compared to the base rates, that are added to the base rate to determine your total rate. I have different rates for additional cats versus dogs and additional pet rates are different based on the service type and length of service. I also have miscellaneous rates/fees for others things specific to certain pets/situations, mostly for pets/situations that require more work or time than is standard for the average pet and average pets care.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will discuss the customers needs and pets needs. We will discuss all details of care and ensure we are a good fit for each other and the pets. We will discuss rates and services provided. My communication is always a top priority for me and my business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m Pet CPR/First Aid trained and certified and am currently studying to be Fear Free Pets certified.
