We were told they can remove mold completely by pressure washing and if that doesn’t seem to work they will try bleach and pressure wash it again but they did not do that. I will not recommend them lime stone facade wash

I'm sorry you were unhappy with the service provided, I explained to you that you had let the mildew and mold grow too long without cleaning it so it had began to eat away at the stone, bleach can't replace lost stone.
