FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing can be very confusing in our industry which makes comparing providers challenging. The best way to find out the true cost is to call or text directly. Do not be afraid to ask for specifics and clarification. The hourly rate we will quote you includes mileage and expenses. This is unique in our industry. We feel like it saves the customer from hidden costs and surprises. We offer discount pricing on larger assignments that require multiple investigators and/or time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always begin with an initial consultative meeting. This meeting is offered at no charge to the client. During this meeting we will make sure that we have a clear understanding of the client's goals and expectations. We will work with the client to come up with the best and most cost effective solution to their problem. The client will have the investigators direct line in order to facilitate efficient communication. Most of the contact will be via telephone or text. Consistent verbal updates will be provided to the client throughout the assignment. Written reports may be furnished at client's request or after significant events.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
