He was so patient with the million of questions I had, communicated so well about scheduling and when to expect parts to be in. He has been reliable and great at showing proof of his work when we aren’t there via photos and videos. He has integrity and will only do work that is necessary and will explain thoroughly why it’s necessary. We bought a hot tub on FB marketplace and it instantly broke. Alex found the issue and even ordered the parts for us and we reimbursed him. He goes above and beyond for his customers! He even helped direct us to the chemical pack we needed and took time to explain why having certain chemicals is beneficial and what consequences could happen if the chemicals are not balanced correctly. Our hot tub is for our Airbnb and ever since Alex started working for us we have had only glowing reviews of the hot tub from guests! I cannot recommend Alex with Tanks Tubs Spa Repair enough for repairing and maintaining your spa!"See more
