- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our basic travel services are free to the traveler (airfare, lodging, airport transfers). We do have upgraded packages that are optional (reserving dining, spas, etc). We also have a complete Gold Package which includes a detailed daily itinerary so all of your plans are handled for you (optional cost).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a basic email introducing our agent and then we book an informational conference call to determine what services, destinations, etc. you need. We then prepare a series of quotes based upon your ideas and then present those specifics to you. At that point, we can hone in and change whatever you wish to change. We offer custom packages for you. Many travel agents try to get you "booked" on a standard package they offer to everyone. You have different likes and dislikes. Your vacation should be your own - not a vacation in a box.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have received destination training in all of the destinations we offer. Our agents attend many familiarization trips yearly to personally visit these locations and learn about them hands on to offer you the best recommendations so that you will get the best we have to offer.
