I gave Amanda a picture of what I wanted...and she did an amazing job. It came out beautiful...I was so happy. Not only was our wedding cake stunning, but it tasted great as well as being extremely reasonable on price. I will be using her for any future cakes I need. She is so great...I highly recommend her. First let me say this me and my family are beyond difficult in explaining this. Ms Sullivan captured the perfect cupcake cake and cake ever and even though plans were changed she still helped and assisted in any way she could.

Amanda provided both the bride and groom cake for my wedding and my only regret is not eating more of it! Both cakes were delicious! My husband and I are having a hard time saving our top tier because we want to eat it so badly haha! Amanda was extremely professional and provided us with a very impressive tasting session, we were sold immediately! She was very easy to work with and I could not be more satisfied with the results!

Amanda was awesome throughout the whole process! From the cake tasting (making extra gluten free flavors as we alternated layers), to the execution the day of, and not to mention how great it tasted and looked! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The prices are normally done by the slice. For buttercream iced cakes, the starting price is $5 per slice but can go up depending on the details.
The fondant covered cakes start at $6per slice and again, the price can go up depending on the details and cake flavor chosen by the client.
I do offer the top tier anniversary cake free of charge.
Cupcakes range from $35-$50 per dozen and cake pops are $40 a dozen.
Chocolate covered strawberries are $30 a dozen.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to set up a cake tasting and consultation with the couple to get a better understanding of what design and cake flavors they are wanting. Usually this meeting gives me the opportunity to connect with the couple and get a feel for what their theme or idea is for the wedding cake.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started helping my aunt who had been decorating and designing cakes for over 20 years at the age of 18. I always have had a love for drawing and creating things with my hands, so this came almost natural! I fell in love with it almost immediately!
