- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?All my pricing includes screen cleaning, sill cleaning, hard water stain removal, and removal of any dubree around the frame. 
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First is getting to know what is important for the client, second is setting up a time and day to begin, third is preform the job, forth is making sure that the client is satisfied with the job. 
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have always worked in the service industry, and costumer service.
