Mainly, he fixed our dishwasher which is important for this family :) Even though we do not require shoes off in our home, every time he came in, he placed shoe covers on his feet. He was very thorough with the diagnostic, letting us know exactly what the problem was and what was needed to fix it. He was able to get the part that we needed. When that part was not exactly correct due to the connector (which he let us know), he made sure we had the correct part with the correct connector. His communication overall was excellent with scheduling the initial appointment and when he could return. Pricing was also discussed and affordable. I will be using Andrew for any other appliance repairs that I need."
