What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1 Flavor per dozen... No Mixed Dozens $36/per dozen with the exception of specialty cupcakes.... See website.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer places the order and pays in advance before baking begins. They can pay either through paypal, quickpay OR cash. I will receive the order at least 1 week in advance. The customer will receive an update on progress of order and determine whether they will pick up ...or if the order will be dropped off. Within a 10 mile radius delivery is free. Outside of 10 mile radius $10 delivery fee.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been operating online bakery since 2007.
