Miranda is very flexible and accommodating. The service and response time is very fast. The red velvet cupcakes are delish! The icing tastes really good too!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1 Flavor per dozen... No Mixed Dozens
$36/per dozen with the exception of specialty cupcakes.... See website.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer places the order and pays in advance before baking begins. They can pay either through paypal, quickpay OR cash. I will receive the order at least 1 week in advance. The customer will receive an update on progress of order and determine whether they will pick up ...or if the order will be dropped off. Within a 10 mile radius delivery is free. Outside of 10 mile radius $10 delivery fee.
