After having 5 lessons, my tennis game improved dramatically. I had seen other coaches for years, but never had such improvement in short amount of time. Eugenio has the talent, the passion, the knowledge and the patience to help beginners, intermediate and advance players.

I find it fascinating that Coach Amir is a self-taught professional and he was nominated as one of Houston's best youngest coaches. He also works with all age levels and skill levels (because my skills were terrible). The Coaching Vault gave me a great experience with tennis. I had never really played tennis outside of just for fun. I was looking for a new way to get my exercise and workout that was really fun and thankfully I found Coach Amir and The Coaching Vault. In the first lesson we worked on the basics. The proper way to hold the racquet, the way to swing forward and backhand with the racquet and the proper stance for each of those. When I did not master everything right the first time Coach Amir was patient and helpful in reminding me to stand the correct way or swing the correct way. After a few lessons my tennis game was surprisingly improving. At the beginning of each lesson he briefly reviewed what was done in the last lesson. Coach Amir is very positive and upbeat. I would get discouraged when I could not hit the ball over the net and Coach Amir always had uplifting and encouraging words to share with me when I would get discouraged. I look forward to my tennis lessons each week and learning something new at each lesson. I look forward to competing in my first competition if and when the time is right for me. I highly suggest tennis lessons with Coach Amir and The Coaching Vault. Best, Danielle

My teenage son began lessons with Coach Ken just a few weeks ago and we have already noticed much improvement to his game! Coach Ken provided an initial assessment of my son's skill level (and also immediately noticed he had an inappropriate racket for his size, which was overlooked by the tennis coach at school) and developed a plan for achieving his goal to improve upon some fundamental skills. Coach Ken's instruction and approach to teaching is effective; he and his team engage the children, keeping them motivated and connected with their individual skill level and ways of continued improvement to their game. We will most certainly continue with Coach Ken's tennis camp and lessons. My son has developed a love for the game and looks forward to his lessons and match play with Coach Ken and rest of the children. I highly recommend KS Tennis.

Most tennis instructors utilize methods that are now obsolete or dated. The game of tennis is evolving, and with more people from diverse backgrounds taking up this wonderful sport, I have found other techniques/methods that can help students grasp the sport quickly while still being able to enjoy it.

About

I train on the importance of being a good person. I will never put tennis ahead of being a good person. If my students were to become great players, but are lacking character, morals and ethics, than I have failed. Being a person first and a player second is what I tell my students. Whether Wining or losing, be first to the net to shake hands. Always have complete respect for the game, the opponent and the people watching. Be the one to set the example in the face of frustration. Once you have the right perspective, then tennis will come easy, fun, and addictive! The foundation is built on rock. Everything is perspective. After I have taught students how to use their greatest weapon, the mind, how to refocus and be a mental giant. The student’s mind set will lead to flow, and then zone, the optimal state of mind every athlete wants to experience. My student’s optimal performance is a result of mental mastery. Then students become unstoppable and their opponent is at their mercy. This is why I implement this aspect, so my students will reach their full potential. It is the “most desirable entire package” that you must have to be a champion. My students receive my undivided attention, identifying problem areas such as footwork, approaching the ball correctly, early preparation, swing path and of course stroke correction. Each student receives instant analysis, the cause of any faults and then the correction. The speed of this analysis and correction is crucial to the accelerated development of the player receiving private coaching from me

My family and I have been taking tennis lessons from Raul Uribe for more than two years. He is a wonderful instructor for all ages and skill levels. We have two children with no previous experience playing tennis; my wife had never played and I played when I was younger. He is extremely patient, and can work with you at any level. He will gradually introduce more concepts as you are ready. Sometimes we play individually, and sometimes all together. He will tailor the lesson to your tastes. We love Raul!
