He was quick to help us try to find an indoor alternative, and when we couldn’t find any he offered to reschedule us for a day with better weather. We got our photos back a bit later than originally expected, but he was communicative about it and the wait was totally worth it! Overall, we had a great experience with wonderful customer service and beautiful results!"See more
