- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We typically work within packages but are open to hourly rates and a fully customizable experience. We are a luxury service and are priced accordingly but come from humble backgrounds so if you have a special budget to work within, let us know! We save a few spots for discounted rate clients so we are always working with those that are investing in themselves.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial consult is key! We chat with you for up to an hour about your needs before starting our process so we can make sure you're getting exactly what you want out of your experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both Veronica and Elle are industry professionals- we met at New York Fashion Week in 2014. We've worked in hair, makeup and fashion for a combined 30 years.
