Shaun was great to work with! He showed up, we walked through all of the tasks I had for him including mounting a tv & he walked me through how he was going to get all of the tasks done. He was respectful of my house and reminded me that he was the guest in my house so I can use my space how I need to & he can work around it! There were a few hiccups in mounting my TVs but he kept me updated throughout the process and made sure I was 100% satisfied before packing up and heading out. Would definitely recommend!

We hired Shaun to replace the wood under the kitchen sink after a leak in our garbage disposal. He was quick to respond & we were extremely pleased with his work & professionalism. Shaun was “Jonny on the Spot.” He literally did a last minute job for me before he had to go to work! He put my grill today before this Memorial Day week! He worked really quickly and was so accommodating to me as I am working from home. I will definitely keep him in mind for all of my handy household needs!! Thank you so much Shaun!
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do my best to be fair. If there is something more needed, more pay may be expected.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I let pictures tell the story as best as possible. I like to talk with the customer beforehand if needed. At best (at a charge dictated by distance), I'd prefer to visit the site in question BEFORE rendering any work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have attended the school of hard knocks. Also, I've learned some from another handyman.
