- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is not complicated but information about the residence is needed to make intelligent quotes. There are not any surprises the day of the inspection to either the inspector or the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Continuing education is part of being an inspector. As an inspector we are mandated to completing several hours each year in order to keep our licenses. I prefer it that way because technology is contently changing the building Technics.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The buyer contacts my company to do Home Inspection prior to purchasing the home. Sometimes the seller will request a inspection before the home goes on the market to avoid any problems that have gone unnoticed.
