- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Glowing Green tries to stay competitive with it's pricing. The use of eco-friendly cleaning supplies does come at a slightly higher cost to our company, however we try to absorb those costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers are generally set up in our system and receive confirmation of their booking. The will receive an email reminder of their cleaning 24 hours prior to service and again 1 hour prior to service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our cleaning service team received extensive training on what the various cleanings are and how to perform each of them.
