Had a one bedroom apartment clean. Kela was great. Cleaned EVERYTHING including the couch, microwave, and vacuumed the stairs. My apartment is spotless!

I hired this company for an apartment move-out job. They were professional, on-time, and accommodating to my urgent need and short window of availability. Not on the low $$ side--BUT, they did a very good job cleaning the apartment. I am glad I hired them.

Buyer beware!!! I was quoted $101 for a monthly house cleaning. My house was already pretty clean and we only use half of our small 3/2 house. I just wanted help with cleaning my house because I'm pregnant and the smell of cleaner was making me nauseous. The next day a get an e-mail from Rusty saying they were at my house from 9:30a-2p and that he was adding another $93.85 because they had to clean to "get a baseline". Then instead of checking with me first he went ahead and ran my credit card!

Hi Amanda, There is no scam, as you say. As I explained to you over the phone and via email yesterday we have a policy to perform deeper cleans the first time for recurring customers. This is clearly stated in the quote I provided. Due to our poorly executed communication of this policy on my part, I refunded the additional cleaning charge. I also provided a discount for the original quoted cleaning for poor execution of our policy, which we are changing. The new policy requires us to 1) perform property walkthroughs prior to the initial cleaning, 2) making sure the customer is aware of the additional cleaning charges required because of the property condition, and 3) receiving customer agreement in writing before cleaning is performed or credit cards are charged. This should eliminate disagreements for the amount of required cleaning. Thank you for bringing our poor policy to my attention so it could be corrected.
