- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a kid I was always playing sports and loved to workout! However, the real driving force came from my dad being overweight and never being able to get outside and play catch with me. Also, having him pass away from a massive heart attack at the age of 67 without him getting to see his granddaughters is a driving force on why I want to help others get fit today!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Find someone who is has the proper certifications and degree to prescribe exercise. Also, find someone who is not in it for themselves but for you.
