- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our hourly rate is $75*. Most of our organizers have been with our company for a long time and have extensive experience with organizing, decluttering, packing and unpacking. We pride ourselves ourselves with excellence and going above and beyond to help support you and your family! ♥️ *Pricing is per organizer per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we can discuss your project over **** or **********. I learn about your project and your needs. After making sure we are a good fit, we schedule a day and time to complete your project. I relay all details of the project in a project proposal to my team. My team arrive the day of the project and will work as hard as we can for the allotted time frame. We offer 100% satisfaction and will make sure you are happy. We know it is an investment so your satisfaction is so important to me and my team.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been organizing for years. I have my graduate degree in occupational therapy so I am great at working with people, breaking down tasks, understanding the psychology about how we will organize your space to fit your needs, and I pride myself with your satisfaction!
