Introduction: What I do and how I approach training is unlike anything you will see anywhere else in the world. I have refined my craft into what I believe is the most effective way to change someones life. I format my training and programming around keeping the workuts fun and engaging and ever changing. You will learn something new every time you train with me and I put a huge priority on time effectiveness as well as correct movement patterns and biomechanics Seeing people change. I have lost over 100 pounds myself and I absolutely love seeing people make positive changes throughout their lives and see it reflect in their bodies.

As a lacrosse player for the University of Oklahoma, it is extremely difficult to find an athletic trainer to meet all my requirements. Hunter Clark has exceeded all of my requirements by miles. Hunter uses his expertise from all areas including football, power lifting, the speed and strength from cross fit, and his vast knowledge of health and recovery to make sure I am always ready for my season. Hunter has put in an immense amount of work communicating with me from another state, sending me my workouts every week and making sure that I am in the best shape of my life. If you are looking for a trainer to push you to that next level and beyond, Hunter Clark is your man.

I first met Hunter at The Cell in Prosper. He was personal trainer for a while before football season. He was able to help me put on muscle and reach all of my strength and conditioning goals before the season started. Hunter also made an 18 week program for my friend and I. This was the best program I have ever been on and we enjoyed every single workout he planned for us! Hunter knows more to every lift than anyone I have ever met and I can truly tell that he cares about his clients. If it were not for meeting Hunter, I would probably still be considered a beginner in the fitness world.

My experience working with Hunter Clark was remarkably productive. He provided useful relevant information in an easy to understand format that has proved reliable over a large expanse of time. The training provided was perfectly suited for my level of weightlifting and has signicantly improved my overall fitness experience.

I am a high school senior who has been getting ready for college football. Hunter put together a workout program for me and I have seen amazing increases in strength, muscle gain, and over how I feel. The workouts are tailored to you as an individual. I enjoyed the crossfit type workouts built in with the strength lifts needed for football. Hunter helped me get back from an arm injury and now into the best shape of my life. Best trainer I've ever had.

In eight short weeks, Hunter guided me to establishing a fantastic basis for intercollegiate sports, ranging from: increased agility, peak conditioning and overall strength. Hunter was punctual in his sessions and knowledgeable about the human body and its limits.
